Our Story
ASK IN SPORTS is dedicated to empowering the South Sudanese community through athletic excellence and cultural unity. After two successful basketball editions, we are moving the goalposts with our third edition football cup tournament that celebrates talent, community media engagement, and professional development.
What started as a vision to bring young athletes together has grown into a movement. Our first basketball tournament brought 8 teams together under the theme of Love, Respect & Unity. The second edition grew to 20 teams across men's and women's categories. Now, we're expanding to football and to new horizons in Rwanda and Uganda.
We believe that sports are more than just games. They are bridges between cultures, classrooms for character, and launchpads for dreams. Every tournament we organize is designed to give young athletes not just competition, but exposure, opportunity, and a platform to shine.
Our Vision
To become a globally recognized platform for South Sudanese youth excellence, where sports serve as a bridge for cultural exchange and long-term professional growth across East Africa.
We envision a future where every young athlete in the South Sudanese community has access to professional development opportunities, exposure to international competitions, and a supportive community that celebrates their talents both on and off the field.
Through strategic partnerships and unwavering commitment, we aim to expand our reach across East Africa, creating pathways for youth to transform their athletic passion into sustainable careers.
